I believe they're B&M only, and Coasters post just a few posts up says the latest rebate is good til 6/30 🙂

If you're asking where this deal is valid? At your local CostCo B&M (brick and mortar) store, the actual physical store not at CostCo.com

Does anyone know how TDK classifies the 3 per household? I've already used 3 MIRs for TDK like 6 months ago when these deals were hot. Would I qualify for the current rebates? Or is the limit of 3 per house hold permanent?
