Be careful with these guys. I sent in for an RMA and I had to actually send a jpeg of the unit for the RMA to be accepted. (it was part of a required field). I just received a reply to my request because of the clicking noise.

Complete bullshit. I am now required to send them a video of my problem before I get a replacement???
This certainly is becoming apparent that this is a Mickey Mouse outfit here. I told them I am not sending a video and I don't have access to a video camera anyway. I told them I will just send it back and they can see for themselves. If they don't do it I will just make a chargeback on my credit card. I am now thinking I will just cancel that order for the other five I bought for a co-worker. If it's this hard to get a replacement that I don't think that this is a place I will recommend here.
