I can pretty much guarantee the people that the buy these kind of cars don't really give a damn if it comes with navigation or not.

What most people don't get it's the integration that people are really after and are willing to pay premiums for. Will that $75 Garmin be wired to your steering controls and sound system and car computer? I doubt it.

What most people don't get it's the integration that people are really after and are willing to pay premiums for. Will that $75 Garmin be wired to your steering controls and sound system and car computer? I doubt it.

That may be true. I prefer a portable GPS because I use rental cars frequently. Come to think of it, I don't need a GPS that often (even when travelling) and I can't fathom paying a large premium for an integrated GPS.

This same place now has 5 '08 G8 GTs with 7-11k miles for 17,5 - 19k. Hot deals! If only they weren't 800 miles away. I wonder if I can use their ads as leverage to get some local dealerships to drop their prices. They are still 25k+ around here...
