You never know what you are getting with Kingston Valueram. I bought a 123MB PC133 stick from Outpost last December. It had the very questionable Nanya chips. This ram would not work at CAS 2 at 100MHz. Usually I have pretty good success with CAS3 133 at CAS2 100MHz.
I put this Nanya ram in a test computer and the computer would not even boot -- nothing, not even video display. I reset the BIOS and was able to get the computer running. So before you put Nanya ram in your computer, set the BIOS to CAS3.
All this ranting done, I have to say that the last few Kingston chips haven't been Nanya chips, so maybe Kingston wised up and got rid of this stuff.
