A pretty good deal...about $0.50 per pint lower than the normal
sale price @ the market (2/$5) and you can use them anytime
(don't have to wait for a sale).

Downside: Dreamery really isn't as good as Haagen Daas, IMHO.
Comparable to Ben & Jerry's, but B&J wins on flavor selections.

All in all, though I'm a huge ice cream fan, I think I'll pass.
But this isn't a bad deal!

unfortunately, now that i live in manhattan the prices on everything are jacked up...so $2 is almost 50% off the price ($3.69) at my local grocer.

<< We don't Dreamery Ice Cream here on the West coast :( >>

We don't? I live in Sacramento area and dreamery ice-cream is in all local market I know of.

Good deal but I'll just wait for a sale since I always forget to bring coupon/gc. And I have a tendency to lose them too.

a) Do the certificates have an expire date? I might get some for our apartment @ college
b) so let me get this straight, it's a $2 certificate for a free thing of ice cream?
c) dryers are expensive here! (west coast)

(edit)
ohhh for a pint.. dang ;)
I dont know how much those run around here!

Wow! I think this is the first time that I've seen shipping to Hawaii LESS than the continental U.S. Maybe there's a special free shipping thing going on now, but it was free for me.

You'll do better if you clip coupons.

I have several $0.75 coupons in my stash. The supermarkets in my area (Philly) double these coupons to either $1.00 or $1.50, depending on their policy. This ice cream has been on sale recently for $1.99 (around here, at least), you can get it for as low as 49 or 99 cents.

Don't mean to crap on this thread...just want to point out another way to get the same deal at a better price.

Haha nooch, I too have a stash of those $0.75 coupons and am from Philly too. :)

I never payed attention to them in the supermarket, I usually get them from WaWa. What market has that for $1.99 and doubles the coupons?

(tasting the New York Cheesecake flavor now....:))

Shadowedge, I'm actually in the suburbs...all the supermarkets double in the 'burbs, not sure if they do in the city. They are currently on sale at Genuardi's (ending Tuesday) and ShopRite (starts today).
I went to Genuardi's the other day but it looked like the freezer was broken...all the pints were covered in an inch of frost.

A couple weeks ago, Genuardi's had Ben and Jerry's B1G1. Combine that with the $1 coupons from the paper and your net cost was ~$1/pint. Damn good deal.
