I hope this isn't a repost and I'm not sure if the deal is still valid, but you can get a black MS wheel mouse w/Dell logo for $2 HERE. The only catch is you have to spend more than $10 for any order.

Right, that's a repost. Please don't post it again, or I can't control myself and buy another 10. 🙂

Good price.

I ordered 10 of them for $20. Shipping was about $7.50 I have a UPS tracking #. We shall see.

If these REALLY are Micro$oft, and some turn out to be bad, I guess you can take advantage of the warranty replacement solution that was in these pages last month.

These are good mice - we have them at school and at the office. I too ordered 10 and have recieved a UPS tracking number. We shall see...

I have NEVER had a problem with Microsoft hardware. I have a couple of mice that are more than 4 years old and are still working great. This is a great deal.

Dammit! I paid $10 for just one black Dell wheel mouse at a computer show last weekend. Well, after shipping, it's probably even...

Note: The cord on this is very short, making it suitable for laptop use, but if you have a desktop with the USB ports in the back, you'll want a longer cord; and if you have a floor-standing tower, you will have to add a USB extension cord. That cools this deal down considerably.

(Edit: The mouse I got at the show was a USB mouse, making the show deal hotter after shipping. But watch that cord!)

$2.80/each when purchasing 10 or more now...

FYI: Someone on Ebay got this same deal -- they're selling them in lots of 5 on ebay --- doesn't seem to be much interest if anyone's thinking about reselling these online. Might have better luck if you have a retail store to sell 'em out of...

These Dell mice are made by Microsoft (both USB and PS/2).

The mice with the short cords are USB - I know because I have some. This makes sense as it can plug into a USB port on a keyboard or on a laptop.

The PS/2 mice have long cords.

Some other disouncter (pc liquidator or someobody) was selling the USB versions very cheap with absolutely no mention of the 1.5 foot cord not too long ago...

WARNING! DANGER, WILL ROBINSON< DANGER!!

I ordered a bunch of these when they were at $4 apiece from Directron. These mice have very short cords - Unless you're using them on a laptop, and that laptop's USB port is on the side your mouse hand is on, these aren't really worth it, unless you can find a good deal on USB extension cables somewhere. The mice themselves are great, if you don't count the cable length.

I received the mice today - new and complete with long cords. (these were the PS/2 variety)

Thanks for the great deal Maverick!

notice that they pumped the price up to $5 / ea. now.
