Just placed an order for 1 of each, came to $19 and some change with shipping, just went back to pick up another set as a Christmas gift and volume 1 is at $16.95 now.
 
Glad I bought before I went to sleep. One item was cancelled from my order (a tshirt) because OOS. The free shipping deal was only for DVD collection 1, otherwise $2 shipping on whole order.
 
Got an email today:

Received this notice for each of the DVD's.
 
Ordered all 3...they were all OOS at time of order, but hopefully I'll still get in on this! I am Cornholio! I need TP for my bunghole!
 
I placed my order Thursday night and got this email
"While processing your order, we experienced difficulty in obtaining the proper authorization. At this time, your order has been cancelled for your protection."
What the ****** is this ******?
 
i emailed mtv back and they said that they couldnt authorize my card, even though i used it the next day with no problems. They said i can reorder the items but now its the full price. So i guess they don't wanna give the deal to everybody.
