Has anyone found out if you can use both rebates? The upgrade rebate and "regular" mail-in rebate. If you could use both (which I doubt) an already good deal becomes smeggin' AWESOME!
Almost a shame I can't justify it for myself. :p

my 2 cents:

buy the radeon 64md vivo card instead of the aiw, save yourself the $80. buy a used vcr off of eb@y for $10.

btw: i've tried faxing in that form all day today and yesterday, except i've gotten a busy signal all the time. anyone else have this problem?

After I got my order confirmation for the card, I sent a reply correcting the zip code so they wouldn't have any trouble charging my credit card. I also asked if it would "really take 2-4 weeks" to get the card. They responded by saying "Thank you for the info. We will try to get your order out earlier."

Anyway, I thought that was interesting. We'll see how long it takes. I'll keep you all posted.

EDIT:
By the way, e-mail correspondcence will come from a place called "Althon Micro" (no that's not a typo - it's Althon, not Athlon). I guess ATI outsources the fulfillment for the trade-up deal.

That link is for the preview of the AIW 32ddr, the review is right here http://sharkyextreme.com/hardware/reviews/video/ati_aiw_radeon_32mb/13.shtml They were able to OC it to 200mhz, which is pretty darn good if you ask me.

To clear something up, I didn't mean to say that the AIW 32ddr is better than the 64ddr, I just wanted to point out that the AIW 32ddr could beat a 64 if it is OC. Of course the 64ddr could also be OC to where is would beat the AIW 32ddr. For this price, the 64ddr is obviously a great deal, but if you need the video capture and tuner the AIW could potentially give you the same performance.

Keep that Voodoo2!!! (or give it to someone else) surely there's SOMEONE somewhere you can get a $1 ISA video card from? That Voodoo2 is still useful and quite valueable in comparison!

I just realized that Outpost.com droped the price for the Radeon 64Meg DDR to $199.

Someone said that Outpost.com is listed as an place eligible for the
$30 off It's Your Pay Day coupon. The question is, where can I get that coupon?
Outpost only shows one for the Mac version.

If I can save $30 and still get free overnight delivery, I would rather do that than
fax ATI and wait a month for a video card.
