<< How about, "I'm just as closed minded as the fundamentalists, it's just that smarter people tell me what to think." >>

haha, word

<< I bet these will sell well though here cause overeducated know-it-alls love to BASH what they cannot qualify what isn't in a textbook somewhere. >>

You can't be over-educated. You can be inexperienced or in denial. But you can't be over-educated, unless, for some reason, you insist on "learning" things that aren't true. Other than that, though, I agree with you.

Is it me, or are these atheists extremely unathiestic, being very concerned with one particular god of a minor middle-eastern people?

Most seem to accept the Christian version of Atheism (disbelief in all Gods but one) to begin with.

This thread won't be locked because it's about "nothing". Atheism isn't a belief, it's a lack of belief. Someone also stated that the stickers were anti-religion, I think they are pro-atheism. America is about freedom of religion unless you don't have one.

Beautiful, absolutely beautiful. Rolling on the floor and laughing out loud at athiests.org, evolvefish.com, and bettybowers.com. Of course, an atheist's life just wouldn't be complete without skeptic.com!

What you fail to realize is that with this deal, unlike your pro-religous deals, there does not come with it strings attached ...

Overeducated? Well I would rather be educated then talking like...

266 college, grad school, and law school credits strong.

It's no wonder we have so many problems in the world.....

So many lost people, and they ACTUALLY think there on to something.

This is just sad.

I stopped using bumper stickers when I got a real job and my car no longer had rust spots to cover up!

$2 for a piece of tape? Not a hot deal.

Yeah, well I bet you that religious fanatics cause a sh!tload more problems than atheists. So don't go blaming the world's problems on people who at least had the courage to deviate from the norm.

(BTW, in case anyone's wondering, I'm not an atheist, I just have a general disapproval of organized religion.)

Yes VaG, there is actually life outside of hot deals, and yes, there are other topics on these forums where you can post, in case you haven't noticed.

<< It's no wonder we have so many problems in the world..... >>

May i present to you, Exhibit A: The middle east

Need i say more?

<< t's no wonder we have so many problems in the world. >>

Because of people like you relying on god to fix your problems. Look at the mid east, that whole mess is due to religion :|

Certainly this should be a hot item after reading about all those Catholic priest/molesters!!!

"All those" are only a handful. Stastically no more than child molesting Atheist, Protestant or Hindu people.

No need to bet, fanatics of any kind are bound to be trouble - including those irreligious atheists. Afterall it does take courage to embrace the nothingness of disbelief.

"WWJD: who wants jelly donuts" is the funniest thing i have seen in a while.

you gotta admit, people who wear their religion around for all to see are pieces of crap. these athiests look like they are just trying to even the score. the world would be a better place without bumper stickers: less religious tension and better driving.

you gotta admit, people who wear their religion around for all to see are pieces of crap.

Why does anyone "gotta admit" that seeing anyone else who is willing to let people know about a religious preference is a "piece of crap". If anything, you "gotta admit" that people who get all hot and bothered over religion or lack thereof to the point of driving irresponsibly (read 'road rage') is a "piece of crap."

poohhairt - you took the words right out of my mouth. I get so many comments on my "evolve" fish (4 legs, holding a tool), and they also have the Darwin (2 legs) and the gefilte. Heck, I bought a geflite one just because I thought they are funny.

Gee, it looks like you are the erudite one, since you were obviously brilliant enough to discover a "then/than" usage error. Amazing! Oh wait . . . let's see what grammatical errors *YOU* made!!
1) There should be quotation marks around "WWJD"
2) The elipsis has 3 periods (not 4), which are separated by spaces -- "...." is a gross error
3) When citing a book as a reference source, you must always include the editor/author, edition, date of publication, and publisher, etc. You must also include page numbers and quotation marks (or italics) when using a direct quote. Failing to do so constitutes plagiarism, which is ironic considering you, yourself, made reference to this academic misconduct.
4) There should be a comma preceding "boys and girls," since you are addressing them. This is also a sentence fragment, but I'll let that one slide.

Uh oh . . . you're not looking that intelligent after all! Maybe if thou hath doth spent more time reading thy literature and less time studying thy Bible, thou mightest be bettereth at grammareth.
