Just bought the ATI 4 Rev 1...hopefully it will work on an x800XT PE. Also nabbed a couple rounded cabls for my HDD and optical drives and that $3 razor mousepad.
 
Just got the ATI 4 Rev 1 silencer. Fits the connect3d gto perfectly. All the contact points seem fine, and I didn't notice any clicking sound from the fan. Highly recommended for $10 bucks.
 
By the way, the NV1 *doesn't fit the 6600GT PCI-E, at least not my Gigabyte card. I should have read the info on AC's site, the NV6 fits the 6600GT PCI-E.

The mount is wrong, and not mod'able.

Just ordered the ATI 4 for my x800XT. Also ordered a couple replacement fans, the Coolermaster 80mm's. I have a couple already, but the LED's went out. Good solid quiet fans tho.

$22.32 for the silencer and the 2 fans 🙂
 
I was disappointed with a recent experience with SVC.com. Ordered some power supplies (2) and a few 3-4pin adapter cables. A few days later I received a note that the 3-4pin cables were out of stock and the whole order would be placed on hold, unless I wanted to pay double shipping for separate items. Not a big deal, but, still sucked...

A week after that, I received another note that the power supplies were NOW out of stock and my order would be on hold. That t'd me off. If they were in stock when I ordered then they should have been set aside for me for when the rest of my items came in. Nope.

Summary: They do not have real time inventory. At least they cancelled my order w/o hassle.

Update: In the past I've received items rather quickly, but, I also hadn't (apparently) ordered any items that were out of stock. So, just be aware that if they don't have it in inventory it may be a while and they don't seem to have a proffesional way of dealing with that scenario.


 
Factor in that I placed my order on the first day of their 4-day weekend (12/29) and I'm EXTREMELY happy with their service. Basically, it was processed Tuesday, and I received it today.

$21.xx for the ATI 4 and 2 x Coolermaster 80mm LED fans.

Way to go SVC, won't be my last time ordering from you.
 
Bah, got real excited when I saw this as I'm looking for cooling for my x800xl but don't want to spend $40 on the cooler. But alas, I need ati silencer 5, not 4. Ugh.
 
i've ordered from them a ton of times. they usually have the best prices for fans, heatsinks and cables...
they have good shipping rates too.

I just ordered an ati 4 and a sata uv cable... 🙂
 
I like SVC a lot...but its true that they don't have a really high end inventory system or anything. I'm pretty sure they're a fairly small operation. They have an awesome selection of smaller items and their shipping is very reasonable.
 
Anyone used one of these in a Shuttle case? I have a 9800 Pro and would love to silence it a bit, but the room I have is a bit tight.
 
I wanted a ATI silencer 1 for my Shuttle XPC SN95G, but it won't fit. The cooling fan exhausts directly out of the case, using the space of a second card/slot. My shuttle doesn't have the space.
 
where is the agp slot on your shuttle? my friends was against the side panel therefore he couldnt fit any full size card coolers.

For 9800 pro, you want to get either the Arctic Cooling VGA Silencer rev 3 or the Arctic Cooling ATi silencer 1 rev1 or 2. It appears that SVC sold out of these. However, if you want some of the new revisions for cheaper than anywhere else try PTS, they still have the ATi silencer 1 for 9800 pros on sale for 20 bucks. Not as hot as 10 bucks, but its the latest revision and you cant get it cheaper anywhere else. Linky

Too bad their shipping is just about the same as the actual product, or I'd get one for my 6800GT AGP.
 
ya priority shipping for my ATi silencer 4 and my fan grills came to 4.92. Not bad, although it is only half a state away.

And seriously, some of you posting about need a cooler for a different card should look around the site. It seems nearly all
of their arctic coolers are on sale.
 
damn! just bought an arctic nv silencer 5 rev 2 last week for 29.99 at another place.. svc now has it for 14.95.. this is a good deal for those with a 6800gt. what sucks even more is my office is just a couple blocks from their store, couldve just stopped by and saved a couple bucks on shipping as well.. 🙁
