Hotttttttttttt. So good with beer (Heiny). Being nice to the waitress paid off... she brought one final load of riblets even though we were obviously full and ready to explode.. she slipped them straight into a box!

How long does the special last so we dont miss it?

Not a special here.
Been that way for years, but I think it's only available on Wednesday's.
Unless the "special" part is that they are temporarily doing it everyday.

I think they have two other everyday choices.
Riblet platter, and Riblet basket.
Riblet platter is something like 2lbs for $9.95.
After trying both platter and all you can eat, platter is better deal here.

Whenever I need some serious eating, I just do the Sonny's Allyoucaneat beef-chicken-pork thing (SouthEast US) for like $7

The only time I ever went to Red Lobster, I found a caterpillar in my cole slaw. I will never go back.

I used to eat the riblet and chicken finger basket for lunch once a week... those were great until I got tired of them. Those riblets are not for the health conscious, they need to put a surgeon general warning on those thing. I have to check out the lobsters though, lots of cholesterol but still healthy!

I work at Applebee's part time. In our store we have all you can eat riblets for $1 more than regular riblets. $10.99 vs. $9.99. I've found that a lot of people order AYCE and never get a second helping. Money in the bank!

You got off lucky, the Red Lobsters around here charge extra for caterpillars. :disgust:

Last time I went, I got a fly in my salad. Fortunately, they didn't charge extra for the fly.

You keep making statement(s) like that and you're going to find yourself with a Survivor reunion on you hands.

Your statement is totally baseless and devoided of any fact. "I heard" which means I have no fact to support what I'm about to say.

Maybe I can do this AYCE ribblets thing for a couple of years, then sue Applebee's for ruining my health, and come out of the whole thing with a multi-million dollar settlement. That would be a Hot Deal! ;)

Applebee's food is below average, at least down here in the New Orleans area ;)
