HOT! 75% Everything at Structure B&M!

Hey all,

Just got back from Vernon Hills, IL and the Structure store had 75% off EVERYTHING! Not just selected junk, but everything! Got a nice button down shirt for $11 and a black leather sports coat type deal for about $75 (normally $300).

I don't know if this is a local deal or not...they said they were simply clearing out everything for new stock. All of this stuff was still full price a few days ago, when I was there last. It's a pretty hot deal if you need, or would just like, some new clothes. Lots of sizes and styles still available! Good luck!

Have fun all!

BTW: I saw that there was a thread from 2 weeks ago about a 60% off sale, but it seemed as if that was just on select stuff....hope this isn't considered a repost! This seems much hotter!

<< Not surprising, since they are fasing out Structure and making it Express for Men... >>

The stuff on sale is already likely labeled Express (not even for men)... my Structre had all express stuff when I went in a few weeks ago.

Hi Go3iverson. I do not live too far from Vernon Hills. I will visit the store tomorrow.

Thanks for the info.

i called store on santa monica blvd in century city.
they said 50% on redline items, winter and fall line up stuff.
this 75% aint nationwide 🙁

<< I'll check out the structure in austin tomorrow and let you know what I find. >>

barton creek didnt have it. had the 50% off redline like kaiotes said.

I actually disagree. I think express for me won't be very bad. Express has always been more popular with women than structure has with men. I just bought a campus coat in an after christmas sale at Structure, and while it said Express, it was very nice. Plus, they are starting to carry different kinds of clothing. The entire image of the store is changing, and not just the name.

<< Express for men. Haha. Another store going down the tubes. >>

Yeah, I have to agree. I used to actually LOVE Old Navy before they got bought out by Gap. They had a very Abercrombie feel to them (before Abercrombie was mainstream Abercrombie). Then Gap decided to turn them into this glitzy trash store and now I hate it. I used to be a die hard Structure fan as well (in fact, I'm wearing their carpenter jeans right now), but ever since they tried emulating Abercrombie (and completely failed), I refuse to purchase any more of their stuff. Same thing happened to Banana Republic (remember when they were a safari store?). However, I like their change, and so now I've switched from Structure to BR and Ken Cole.

Get the families in Old Navy, teens into GAP, and affluent young professionals into Banana Republic. Attempt to take over the world in the process. Except that GAP has been slaughtered, much like the retail market in general, over the past year.

Seeing a GAP on Haight-Ashbury was a big disappointment. A lot like seeing Starbucks in the French Quarter. WTF... Corporate America blows, even if it is the reason we had an amazing economy during the 90s.

<< FYI, Old Navy was never bought out by the GAP. Old Navy was created by the GAP. >>

My bad. But I still don't like the path they took in converting Old Navy into what it is now.

Nice Deal! Will check it out very soon

FYI, Structure and Express are the same company... might as well print under same label i suppose...

I kind of like the Express for Men stuff...more upscale. Structure's stuff before the changeover was cheeeeeeeeesy.

Technically, there's no Starbucks in the French Quarter. The closest are on Canal St, one in Canal Place and one in a Sheraton, which both qualify as Downtown, not the French Quarter. 😉 But, I still get your point 😀 (and it's bad enough that there's as many of those fcuking places everywhere else in this city :|).

I definately agree. Structure was on of my favorite store up until they change the store to Express. All the clothing began to change, too tight and classy for me... now for a new favorite store......

Couldn't agree more. Look around, there is evidence that Gap (and the whole Gap family of chains) use Sweatshop labor and promote unfair labor conditions even within the US. Want a real deal on clothing, try salvation army or good will. Their profits go to charity and help improve their communities. Even better, donate your clothing to a good will, expecially the Gap stuff, how else can you feel like a moral person when people who cannot afford to eat made your clothing?

Gap in the Haight? Well, there is a good Salvation Army there too, and they have a 24 hour drop off bin should you feel inclined.
