Got one. Can anyone recommend the best way to stress test the card to make sure it's going to be alright before the 15 days is up?

This is a HOT deal because the reason most of these are refurbed is that the fans on them sieze up and burn up the processor. I had this happen to this exact card. fan was siezed solid. I couldnt determine what the problem was untill I smelled really hot plastic.
If you get one of these plan on upgrading the chip cooler on it.
Do a search on this model and you will see this is pretty common.

Doh! Now they are out of stock. Knew it was too good to last at that price. For those who got in, don't keep your fingers crossed that it will be in perfect working condition. Newegg refurbs are about 50/50 for me - some work great and some have really bad artifacts even at stock speeds. The last one I tried was a 9800XT for $320 and someone had flashed it with a 9800 Pro bios and it defaulted to 380/340 and still had terrible artifacts at those speeds. Newegg is always great about refunds on defective refurbs and you're only out return shipping, so it's definitely worth a shot. Good luck!

Anyone around with experience dealing with Sapphire's RMA policy?
