Yeah, they must've pulled the coupon in the middle of my order. I expected to get everything for $2.60, but after I submitted the order summary came up with the full $32.60. This sucks.

I wonder what these places think when they put a coupon out and then within an hour they have thousands of orders placed and/or phone calls. This one lasted 2 hours.

i just posted this on FW.

i just called and placed my order with a rep on the phone. i didn't even have to tell her the code and she immediately said "is this for ibm33?" but i had to give her my cc number even though the total was $0.00. cool!

by the way, i was on hold for about 10 minutes.

Something it looks fishy.Every single person who called them was charged $0 even their ammount was over $30.I think that's a way for them to pull out orders and cancel them.Just a thought

and i was like "Ummmmm, yeah?"
she said "IBM33" and i said "Yeah"
She said "IBM has killed that code due to it being posted on all the promo websites... sorry"

Just got off the phone with them, AFTER they pulled the code from the site (4:23PM)...CSR Ginger was EXTREMELY pleasant. My order was for 3x item 20632 (NBA Logo Crew Socks, $8 each). Should have been $31 or $32 with tax and shipping, but she told me the total was $0. I used my eCount account with just a couple of bucks in it, so they can't bill me full price even if they wanted to.

in the middle of my fu*** order when she was proccesing it, it wouldn't go through. I asked why, and she said the coupon code had been distributed unauthorized and nba corporate pulled it. i ventured and said i had gotten it from my boss and that i work at ibm business solutions. She said it did not matter, that noone, even entitled employies of ibm like you can nolonger use it. darn.

You guys i got some news..maybe it can help ehe...IBM uses an ecommerce program that is called NET.COMMERCE there latest version is 3.0 i maybe be to play with the function of coupon codes, since there is always a backdoor for these little programs eheh..but just a hunch i don tknow since i have a copy of net.commerce..from a friend who works there
