If you ordered by phone, they don't ask for e-mail. Also, interesting note, the order number received through phone orders are said (by the csr) to be different than the web orders, so they are not compatible in the check order status box. In regards to actual order, csr said all orders prior to the code being pulled are being honored at the given price, even if the price was 0. (time of call 4:34pm eastern time, csr-Mary) Of course she could be mistaken, but given the massive public outrage for cancelled orders (or falsely charged credit cards) I think the nba can afford this one.

i ordered with the nun over there by phone and it went much faster than the website as that was as slow as molasses. My total was also $0. Hope i get my free socks :D:D:D:D:D

This company is suck. My order got placed at full price. When I called to cancel, they said it wasn't in the system yet. So I called again late last night, same deal. Here it is 7 in the morning, and not only is it in the system, the labels have already printed so it's in the shipping process. So I'm going to have to send it back. I guess I'd be happy with that kind of service if I had gotten a good deal :(.

just called at 10:11 eastern time, all orders placed with the ibm33 code are being cancelled, effectively immediately. Yesterday's confirmation was indeed a lie, (that all orders prior to 4pm) were still being honored. Today's CSR was argumentative, and in a real bad mood. Apparently all CSR are in deep s..., because of a management error. All questions and comments can be directed directly to the nba store via 1-800-NBA-0548, but I don't think we are getting our orders.

No charge on my CC yet... but I do have a receipt showing $30 off, so I think they have to honor it.

Doesn't the deal stand if they have already hit your credit card....isn't that a binding agreement?

Just checked my order history and my order is still there - at least they haven't totally deleted it from their system...I guess that means there's still hope???
