This is somewhat area specific , but you must do the whole routine as stated at the beginning of the thread.

Or this from momoman at FW:

"1. Order item #906913 for DVD+R 50 pk, or #906895 for DVD-R 50 pk. order qty=2.
2. Item will probably show oos but click on "order 0 now and backorder 2 for future delivery." notice that the price shows "$89.67"
3. Add coupon code 78479819 (buy one, get one free) and apply coupon.
4. Checkout. notice the price is still $89.67 and the 2 items are backordered.
5. Change the order to store pick-up.
6. Notice that the price is now $44.83, the quantity=2, backorder=0. tax will be added.
7. Place order. cross your fingers.
8. Pick up at store. "

if it goes as well (as badly) as the HP DVD+R 25-pack B1G1 thing from the previous week, it'll probably get cancelled, but it is certainly worth a try!

I logged in, put in a $20 off $75 coupon, ordered 3 x 50pks of the DVD+R, added the B1G1 coupon, and let it fly.

subtotal $134.49
coupon(s) -$44.83 and -$20 = -$64.83
tax (CA) $5.75

total order $75.41

if it works this time, it'll be about $.50 per disc. if not, I'll try out the next deal that comes along.

Can someone from Cali scan the receipt. I would love to get some money back, but I know I'm SOL just telling them Cali is half price and B1G1F.

silly me, I'm better off just ordering 2 packs at B1G1. $48.53 total for the two after tax. and that way I get no hassles about the $ off coupon. we'll see if it works. I'll cancel the 3-pack order.

YMMV. Everything seemed fine online, but when I went to pick up the DVD's the store only had one pack in stock. The manager charged me the same price for one pack as what I was billed online for two. I showed him my online receipt and he explained that when you add two to your cart the price automatically drops in half and then the coupon takes another half off, which is not supposed to happen. I decided I didn't want it for twice the price and returned it. Unfortunately I can't use the coupon to pick up at a different store anymore :(

It's hard for me to believe everyone who has gotten in on the sub $50 deal doesn't have a scanner. This is the same thing as the last deal like this. Why not give a bit back fellow ATers?

Attention!
You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:
(CD07) The total discount is greater than the purchased total. (Coupon 078479819) Please, add more products and try again. Thank you.

Looks like its dead, or its just me. But when i tried it, it wasnt a mistake anymore. Shows price of $95 for 2.

Originally it showed 179.xx or something like that, then -89.99 after the coupon code was entered. So I guess they caught it and fixed it.

Doesn't work here in TN. Buy 1 get 1 free works, but it doesn't knock it down to $44.83 with in store pickup.

Ah well, guess I'll have to just wait for the next time around :(

It worked only in California. I did it twice and got 200 Imation +R for $90.

I jumped on this deal for the 100 +R's. Not a bad deal. I'm curious though, how do I check the 'true' manufacturer of the Imation DVD+R's? I read in some other forums they were made by Ricoh, but I couldn't match the #'s they were referring to. Any info would be appreciated......Thanks.
