Wow, nice. I just ordered one for a family member as a Christmas present. Cheap & easy 🙂

2 gig Nano or 4 gig Mini for 99 looks hot too. Hmm, decisions decisions.

If you are in the market - look at the Sansa 2 or 4gb version. I ditched my nano for one an never looked back. Voice, FM, and Video on a stellar screen, and 20hr battery life. The only downside I found is the tactile ring - not touch - but, that's not a deal killer for me.

Anti-Apple fanboy fever strikes again! 😀 The real key is that iPods are "easy" - plug in, drag music to iPod, unplug. Cake. Non-geeks love them because of that 😉

I'm a geek and so is my lil' non-geek love and we both use iPods because they are just...easy.

Other devices may be cheaper and do the same stuff but just aren't as easy.

Back again! $29 for the 512mb model. These are gonna make great Christmas presents 😀

Word to the wise, I bought a shuffle that was DOA and had to use AMEX to get my money back. After I told my friends about it, I had 3 of them tell me they also had to return faulty shuffles, but returned them to walmart, bestbuy, etc... The last gen were junk. I think they ended up manufacturing too many and the factory's quality control dropped out. I forgot the name of the company, but they make shuffles and nanos there. They were working chinese workers 80+ hours a week to meet the US demand.....refurbs are probably better than the first round, but still....watch out for future problems.

Not to crap, but BB will have a 1GB equivalent player for $29 on BF. Plus, no ghey iTunes crap to deal with, just drag-n-drop!

ya 512mb shuffle is awesome; so effortless to use, just have it in my pocket most of the time. itunes sucks though. I wish there were a better prog.
