just plaed an order for two. $50.88 after tax and shipping (2nd day) 🙂 now i need a usb 2.0 card.... hot deal anyone?

i don't know if this is bus-powered or you need a heavy AC adapter... well for $31 you can't compliain 😉
 
I checked on the Hi Val web site for the product H241040EU-15R, and it says under product description/package contents that this drive actually INCLUDES a PCI USB 2.0 card? I think this deal is a bit too good to be true. Even the PCI card would be worth more the $30 by itself?

Oh, and the drive does come with some kind of safe burning feature, cuz under the features, the Hi Val site has

* Includes technology for error free disc creation.

Damn it! I am in college and not supposed to be spending money! This was just too hot to pass up! $30 for 2nd day air! I agree that this was supposed to be $199. Heads will roll on this one!

OMG I am actually able to jump in on this deal cuz it wasn't posted during one of those midnight session posting!
 
I would estimate these usually go for $149-$199. Just did a quick look at similar drives at Best Buy and they were in this range.

Tamale Hot!! I'll order a couple, but I fully expect my order to be cancelled.
