Analog

Not bad? Anyone find a better deal on a 21"????? Comments please........

With 20-inches of viewable screen space, the VS-21e is an ideal display for those who require a monitor for high-end graphics applications. Computer aided design (CAD), computer aided manufacturing (CAM), and computer aided engineering (CAE) are just some of the fields that the VS-21e was designed for. Graphic designers will appreciate the .26 dot pitch with a maximum resolution of 1920x1440 (non-interlaced) and a refresh rate of 75Hz.Furthermore, the VS-21e offers updated video standards for VESA timing and Windows 98. As with all KDS USA monitors, the VS-21e is also TCO 92/95 and MPR II compliant

not flat. I have a KDS vs190i that i use for a secondary monitor. excellent monitor. there is a curve, but it's not horrible. very sharp monitor and display colors extremely well. i've been very impressed with it, especially for the price (19" for 115$). wouldn't hesitate to buy another KDS product. the vs-21 is probably the exact same as this 19" monitor, just larger. if you don't do CAD or anything real demanding where you absolutely have to have a flat screen, it should work great. if it were me id save up another $150 though and get a nicer monitor, but hey, $150 is $150.

Last year I bought a GDM-F500R from Dell when they had a massive sale going on. Paid $837 shipped, no tax. Watch for sales at Dell.

Uggghhh...KDS

I'd rather get a refurb Mitsubishi from Tiger or something.

Gort is right though about Dell. Watch for their 20% off sales (if they ever happen again).

I've gotten a couple KDS Trinitron monitors in the last couple of years.. they are great. One of them had geometry problems, but they are great about RMAs. They paid for the shipping... no hassles.

Okay, I broke down and bought one of the MAG 19" monitors at BB yesterday.... $150 seems to have been well spent - sharp and clear. Still waiting for that 21" deal though!!!
