We have a new help desk ticket systems, please be prompt in using responding to issues and closing issues with resolutions. I am sure you really don?t want to get a call from me about not cooperating, cause you may find yourself on Help Desk duty for a few days or serving hot dogs outside of homers!!!!

I found out we HAVE a help desk ticket system today, from THIS e-mail. No notice things were happening. It would have at least been nice to have a heads-up. There has been no backlash whatsoever against it. We just were surprised by the whole thing.
