Hosted Exchange - SaaS Question

Does anyone have experience with hosted Exchange? I.E. Software as a Service. Specifically I'm interested in how usable and it is on bandwidth characteristic of small and medium sized businesses; cable, DSL, partial T1, etc.

There are a few company's I see that offer it, and I just had a white paper sent to me, but I wanted to see if anyone has anything to say about it, good or bad, from personal experience.
