A gunman has taken several people hostage at a chocolate shop in the Australian city of Sydney.
Pictures on Australian television showed people with their hands up against a window, and a black flag with Arabic writing.
Armed police have cordoned off area around Martin Place in Sydney's central business district.
New South Wales police have asked people to avoid the area.
An Australian Broadcasting Corporation reporter said that heavily armoured police vehicles had now arrived at the scene.

What a shocker [hardy har har]. Muslims are bringing tidings of peace and love with their "Religion of Peace" to yet another area of the globe !

And its such a tolerant religion to, their "Holiest" city with a population of 2 million people is completely off-limits to non-Muslims. And how they treat women is just so lovely aswell !

I banned a couple of (claimed) Palestinians from one of our Gmod servers because of repeated slurs (and derogatory nyms) about Jews. Put it this way, they went full Godwin...lol! They both appealed to be reinstated and we got into a bit of an argument. They claimed to be Palestinian and living in Australia, where their parents (two different families) had moved to flee the mess in Gaza. They went nuts when they found out that I was an American and shit went downhill from there.

You're rather confused. No jurisdiction in the U.S. can ban ANYONE from entering based on their religion, and they certainly can't make it illegal to make derogatory statements about God or religion. Whereas many Muslim countries ban non-Muslims from various locations and make it a capital crime to question God and Islam. (Things analogous to this aren't unique to Muslim countries - witness how China treats those who publicly question the government, but we're specifically comparing Muslim countries with America).

So you're reduced to comparing what some American jurisdictions or people may WANT (but are unable) to do about Muslims with what Muslim countries actually do. That's pretty lame.
