I've been trying to solve this for a week. I've upgraded IE 5.5 to IE 6 and installed Java 1.4.2_06 but when I log on to HOD it will work, but I can't tab between fields. This may not seem like a big issue, but for productivity purposes it is, because employees that use HOD on the job work much faster if they can tab between fields when doing an order.
If I uncheck the "use java" box in IE, HOD will return tons of "cannot find class" errors, but tabbing will work (for the fields that actually apear, as lot of stuff is missing due to those errors). So it's a loose loose situation.
Now what is even more weird, is that this is only affecting some machines, as it works on others, but I don't see anything different on the ones that work, vs the ones that don't.
Just wondering if anyone can offer advice on how to fix this. Thank you!
