Host an ftp site with a dsl connection

I have a dsl router and all 3 of my computers get assigned 196.168.1.xxx addresses. My question is how do i create an ftp server that i can access from the outside world while keeping them in this routed domain? Walk throughs, links and other materials are greatly appreciated.

You install a ftp server an first make sure that it works from the inside.
