Host a Radio-like song server?

I'm looking for a program that allows my friends and I to listen to music while gaming, but the same music. At first I was wondering if I could alter HL2M maps to include a song but that would just be limited to one game and it'd be the same song per map. (I didn't go that far into it though, maybe not?)

Is there anything that allows me to just set a playlist of songs that broadcast to people who connect to me?

Or Winamp Remote http://www.winamp.com/extras/remote - not that Ive tried it but Shoutcast made me think Winamp and something with remote.

tzdk: I am using Winamp Remote for personal use and although the idea crossed my mind, my friends would have to individually play selected files on my computer. That's not really what I'm looking for.


Currently I'm using SHOUTcast and I'm liking it so far. It's exactly what I wanted, thanks MrChad. I have a question about it though, sometimes if I change a song from my server, it takes a while before the client hears the switch. (I'm using my laptop and desktop next to each other to mess around with it right now.) Is there a way I can specify how big the buffer sent out would be?
