Horrible white noise

I upgraded several parts in my pc recently and now have white noise.
It occurs mainly in games and videos, and changes pitch/intensity according to what is on the screen.
I replaced my motherboard, cpu, ram and gpu and now have the following:
MSI P67 GD55
Core i5-2500k
Sapphire 6950 1gb
Corsair XMS DDR3 8gb(2x4gb)
Antec Neo power blue 650w
I swapped my gpu to my old one and the noise is still there, i made sure all the power cables are plugged in fully and every connection is solid.
I am using on board audio also.
The noise stays the same regardless of the windows volume level, if i use my headset and use the inline volume then it will get louder, it is not nearly as noticeable when the inline volume is at minimum compared to using my headphones.

Have you checked your monitor? Like turn it off or even unplug it and see if you still hear it?

My Samsung226BW has a high pitched squeal that only I can hear of course....others can't hear it unless it's a young person. Guess I have young peoples ears! @ 42
