What are some of the horrible, brain melting, retina burning, images or videos you've seen on the internet? Links would probably be bad, vague descriptions are ok.

1. goatse. you all know what that is - now i just don't care.

2. *****. you know what that is too.

3. a new champion courtesy of /b - involves an ass, a glass bottle, and blood. probably a colostomy too.

...just off the top of my head, there's gotta be more bad memories out there.

also i've seen a site that has a collection of a bunch of suicide gifs and other fucked up shit. also mr. hands obviously.

I've not heard of Mr. Hands. But the Encyclopedia of Stupid featured a picture of a man standing next to a horse, with this caption:

1- a young soviet soldier with the right side of his face on the ground, a boot of a Chechen rebel on his head to keep him still as the owner of the boot with a large Bowie knife saws through his through his throat and he bleeds out to death. His face reminded me of a guy I was friends with when I was younger.

2- On a hillside sits a Soviet commander captured by Chechen rebels, according to the text, he is under the assumption he is part of a POW swap....suddenly one of the rebels grabs him from behind and saws through his neck and cuts his head off with a machete, soon after the cameraman zooms in to show the head of the victim resting on his chest with the blade that did the deed.

After I watched that second one I realized I was becoming too desensitized to this shit and it was time to step away.

I know how fucked up people are, I don't need to see anymore of mans inhumanity to man.

Yeah I saw the soviet soldier decapitation. It was pretty bad. I kinda interested in this ass, bottle, blood thing but have no idea how 4chan works.

Chechclear and Ofex were goddamn awful. So was Eugene Armstrong. But this is the kind of fucked up shit you never see in the mainstream- at least we get to make up our own minds.

things like goatse/crap eatin/anus broken bottle man/mrhands I can say WTF? but the rebels/animal cruelty/torture stuff is just terrible.
 
I think seeing the video of the beheading of Daniel Pearl was one of the worse things I've ever seen. I don't visit any of these other sites you guys are referencing.

Are you talking about the Dnepropetrovsk Maniacs from Ukraine? Yeah, I've seen all the gore and fucked up "sex" videos that the internet has to offer, and that one (hammer and screwdriver, if we're still not clear) is easily the worst I've ever seen, and was really the last straw in my hope for humanity.

People are worse than animals -- at least animals do it from instinct, or for food... Many of these disgusting thrill-seekers do it for the fun of seeing another human being tortured in horrific ways and find it entertaining and funny. Or because you're a different religion or from a different country.

Obviously this is the same stuff that's been going on for millennia, but when you see three seemingly normal 19-year-olds (not ONE random messed-up guy, but THREE unrelated young kids) torturing a gurgling and moaning old man with a screwdriver in his spurting eyesockets while laughing and posing for a camera like it's a fucking school science project, you want to disown the human race. Oh, and they were later quoted as saying, "We just did it so we'd have something fun to remember when we're old."

And please, don't look up the video, you won't sleep well afterward and I promise no matter how desensitized you think you are, it WILL shock you profoundly, in a very negative way.
