Horrible night at the track

Went to the track for the first time ever. It was 95 degrees well into the night and very humid so traction was severely limited. We also took forever getting through the staging area so I'm sure the car was heavily heat soaked. The first run I just spun off the line and just short shifted into 2nd to get going. On the last, I forgot to disable traction control and the car took it's time.

It is a 6spd w/9" lower, Kooks heads and high flow cats, Airaid, thermostat and tune on stock tires.

semantics but shouldn't the title be went to the strip/drag strip? I thought you took it out to the track at a DE. But either way :thumbsup:

Do I have to tell you what a horrible night at the track really is? all those "bad times" plus one where you:
A) throw a rod
B)toss a driveline
C) hit the wall
D) all of the above
