Horizontal Line on LCD

My monitor suddenly developed a horizontal line artifcact right across. I tried 2 PCs, same problem, infact, it's giving me the line when the display turns on without anything connected. Will the replace this if the LCD is under warranty.

I feel worse because of the fact I just bought a new PC yesterday. It was working fine until 30 mins ago. Now I feel I should've waited for the price drops. 🙁 ...It'll probably take quite long for the RMA process. 🙁

edit: The line is grey. I'm guessing no pixels are being produced. It's almost like the (2) lines on larger CRT monitors but more prominent.

I forgot to use a question mark. I asked whether this would be covered under warranty. It would be bad enough if I paid shipping and found out that it was not.
