Hope I made the right decision

Yesterday at just before 14:00 I resigned from my current company which I had been with for 2 years now. Over the 2 years I have been with two different facilities and 4 different positions, but I decided it was time for me to move on.

Of course, the new job offer I received made the decision even easier.

Nope. Company I have accepted a position with is building a brand new plant about 20 minutes from my house. I will be spending a lot of time travelling up to the Chicago area (company is headquartered there) over the next couple of months though.

Ensure all product meets customer spec, meets USDA/FDA guidelines, and is safe to consume.
