I don't mean this to come off the wrong way, but how do Chinese men deal with the monotinicity? Looking at that one picture, all the waitresses look the same from the rear - same colored hair, same height, same length hair, etc. I realize that the Chinese don't have the genes to get the kind of visual diversity we do, but am I missing something here? They just all look so similar.

yes, now that you mentioned it, chinese females are pretty much same in height and weight (4'7 - 5'5, and 100-130 lbs). but hey, that's what clothes and make up are for.
