lol..hell yeah they don't. You can't compare E80s to something like the Logitech satellites/sub. I mean..one speaker alone has two 6s, one 4, and a tweeter. that is compared to the single 3" in each sattelite that the logitech has. No comparison..especally pricewise.

Heh I so wish for stuff like that I was in the US or nearby - shipping is total rape from bh (tho I like that store) - it's like $400 to ship up here.

Wow, that's a lot of shipping. My whole set was only $200 shipped over here for like 325pounds of boxes.

Did I mention checking out Paradigm up there? Maybe see how much 4 Atoms and cc-170 center would be just for comparison. You could even listen to them, which would be a plus

Heh those paradigms look absolutely sick but I think out of my price range. I'm gonna call JR and see if they can give me a break on the shipping price, and I might just pull the trigger. Two E80s, two E30s, one EC35, one E250P sub about $1100US shipped. If I can get it to $1000 shipped, I think i'll do it. Your thoughts on the JBL 250 sub vs the Dayton 12" (its about a $50 price difference, but the whole set then kinda matches". Or is there something better JR would have for similar $$ - not looking for power, rather sound clarity at lower volumes. Heh, and I think I'm gonna go with the HK435 too. Gonna be home theatre broke.

As if all that wasn't enough, gotta buy wall mounts for the satellites and ceiling mount for the centre.

I've read the JBLe250 is a solid one for the price.

A friend of mine for a JBL 250 watt (not the e250) with his Fluance AV-HTB and he likes it. He managed to kill the woofer though. JBL replaced it for him.

This guy played his waaaay too loudly though. Like you couldn't be in the same room as the system when he was playing it.

LOL Astra. Diaw is a pretty atheletic dude but talentless compared to his fellow NBA colleagues - I can't believe he won MVP there.
