Hooking up two monitors

Hi I Just got a second monotor for my pc it has dvi and vga my original monitor has vga I have a HP a1646x with a 1.86 processor 200gb hard drive and 2gb memory I run windows vista My PSU is 300 watt I have available pci and pci express slots (altough I dont know the difference) I dont do any gaming just a lot of photo post procssing and web stuff I need help on which video card to get.Help! Thank you

Assuming that you have an intergrated video and a single availible x16 PCI-E slot, any ATI 3450 or Nvidia 8200 will do the trick, most have both dvi and vga on them and can do dual display....and both can be had for less that AU$40.00
 
Thanks for the reply I now have a single vga I do have integrated video and available slots can you tell me the difference between pci and pci express slots I know I have both available.
