Hooking up 9600XT/TVD to TV

How? I've got a VIVO Dongle Adapter. The tv doesnt have S-Video, as it is a older model but none the less still a good tv . Would it be better to buy a S-Video to Composite Cable, my friend was telling me how this will have a higher quality or should I just use composite to composite?

The same thing is going to happen. The graphics card will detect no load on the separate Chroma signal, and thus revert the TV-out to Composite mode. Whether you transport that single signal in an SVideo or an RCA cable makes no more difference.
