Those bikers showed much more control than I would of. After 30 seconds I would of jumped off the bike and invited the driver to a fisticuffs exchange while throwing rocks at the SUV.
Hell yeah. Ride into the ditch and throw rocks! Those bikers showed much more control than I would of. After 30 seconds I would of jumped off the bike and invited the driver to a fisticuffs exchange while throwing rocks at the SUV.
The SUV driver clearly had ample room to pass the bikers.
Around here, the problem is bikers riding down the middle of the road, pulling out in front of traffic, and riding two-across on narrow roads. That is unacceptable.
I don't understand why cyclists dress up like they're in the Tour de France when they ride. I don't wear a flame retardant Nascar racing suit when I drive my car. When I play catch with my kid I don't dress up in pads and a Packers uniform and helmet.
it would have been safer for them to get off the road. instead they made the situation more dangerous by filming on their phone while riding and provoking the old driver further. i guess the good thing is no one got hurt over this.

Right. I thought that was common sense.Because it is more comfortable and loose clothing just catches on things including the wind. Plus bike clothing breathes better and wicks moisture away from your skin. It also dries out quickly when you stop.
Just because you CAN do something, doesn't mean you SHOULD do it. This applies to both parties here.
Why do they not charge cyclists road taxes and require them to have a license?
