Honest question....about a lot of the rhetoric

I have never thought that I agreed with most politicians. I have felt that people that watch too much tv are sometimes a bit brainwashed. The problem is that some people on the left side often like what they see on TV so they dont know they are brainwashed. I get most my news from non-network sources, even though I look at a watch TV and network news I have learned to look deeper than what is presented to understand what motivates the news people. You have to learn to see the story behind the story. What people want you to hear is seldom the whole truth.

You illustrate my points above. You are at great variance from where most people are and the hostility you have toward that reality is what keeps you unable to see realities as they are. Most people won't agree Regan was a monster and that sodomy is normal and "hey let's teach it to the kids!".

Not really it didn't. We overspent, loss taxation income, went ridiculously into debt, failed to invest in infrastructure (only military). Reaganomics is utter and total bullshit, incapable of long term sustainability.

And since those programs are supported by experts in psychology and child development, and opposed by people with absolutely no expert training whatsoever, I'm failing to see the issue.

When I need surgery, I don't ask a mechanic to do it even though he's good with his hands and I trust him. When I want to know what education programs work I ask a PhD in education, and not a minister or a politician.

Your trying to suggest all experts support 5 yr olds getting taught about homosexuality - which isn't true. Besides most of the shrink associations have been corrupt a long time now. After the APA signed off on gay adoption it was learned on of the under a dozen people charged with making the decison was a lesbian trying to make a deaf baby
via artificial insemination (her cohort in personal life was deaf lesbian). It's all a crazy situation - like the corruption in global warming.

Teaching 5 year olds about masturbation and transgenders etc (which SIECUS does ) is against common sense. If you need a study to see that then your in for a lot of suffering in life.
