seriously there needs to be another type of driving test. just becuase u passed first time in a ford fiesta or a nissan micra (cars too small for the american market :p) doesnt mean you can hang with the big boys and drive a car with over 200bhp and that is also tail happy.

in my world it would be like this....
"hey ive come to buy a TVR Tuscan"
"can i see you drivers licence please?"
"here"
"ah right appears your only qualified to drive cars with front wheel drive and less than 150bhp....sorry man, you need to take another driving test to boost yo skillz"

or

dumb schmuck buys insanely good car, ie porsche carrera GT , schmuck thinks he is the bomb, turns traction control off (somethin even jeremy clarkson said do not do, as if you make a mistake in the porsche it will bite) schumuck ends up wrapped round a tree, destroys a car that has more worth to the world than he does, he survives, trys to claim on insurance or buy a new car......and the rule would be, if u trash a nice car through your own idiocy then you shall be condemmed to run abouts for the rest of your life. that or walk, or get the bus.

yea i was wondering how could he be so calm about losing such a nice car. I guess he is rich!

2 reasons.

1. He's alive and well.
2. Probably has full ins. coverage.

3. he is in shock

OMG OMG I LOST MY CAR

Now, being a guy with a not so southern accent, it was clear that I wasn't going to be eased up on in a "good 'ol boy" section of Georgia. The sheriff showed up to take my statements and it sounded like he was going to hard ball me the whole time. I quickly put on my southern draw and "splained" what happened. Luckily, no citations were given.

Wow, how'd he manage to pull that? Poeple don't go off the road on perfectly drive pavement if they are driving safely. He should have gotten a citation.

I've got one question, how the hell do you just GO OFF A CLIFF? I mean.. especially if you know the area... you should know not to do stuff like that aroudn a cliff.
