We leased a Acura TL about a year ago. She was rear ended last night, how does it effect us if anything concerning our lease?

It might affect the "appraised" value when you go to return the car (since they will be able to tell it was repaired) - so you might owe a little more when you give it back to them. This is not an issue if you had planned on buying the car after the lease ended.

we weren't planning on buying it. If anything we were considering trading it in for a SUV with the addition of our newest kid in Dec.:(
