Er.. first of all it looks FUGLY. Honda Aztek ?? :disgust:

And what's the big deal about it getting good ratings... Almost any self-respecting Auto company gets it these days. PLus the Element is anyhow based on the Civic which didn't do too bad in the crash test either...

I like it too :D I wonder what it would look like if the plastic cladding was painted over with car paint :)

It's supposed to look functional, and it does. If you are going to call this ugly, you have to call the Hummer (the real one) ugly, which would be completely missing the point.

I think the Element has basically the box element in it. It really looks like a box on wheels. Im not sure what the Honda engineers were smoking when they designed that ugly @ss box.
I wonder how much they paid those guys to appear in the commercial. I wouldnt wanna be caught dead in it.

Liking Hondas is one thing, but when the Honda fan-boys come out in defense of the Element . . .

Anyhow for the next year, Pontiac has dropped most, if not all, the plastic cladding on the Aztek.

PICTURE

Ironic that GM is removing plastic cladding (Grand Prix, Aztek, Avalanche, etc) and Honda slapped some on their new vehicle.
