About the only thing I don't like about it is that it lacks a time acceleration feature like Cataclysm has. A patch for Homeworld to give it that feature would be excellent.
Homeworld 2 - man, just got pounded by the CPU. Again - in Standard mode. It just overwhelmed me with torpedo frigates and a few ion frigates. I tried a strike on their harvesting operation (2 carriers and resourcers) by hypering a carrier in and launching a few squadrons of pulsar corvettes and lots of bombers. It was crushed in about 3 minutes by another fleet of torpedo frigates. They knocked out the carrier's engines right away, then took care of the fighters and corvettes. Then they headed straight for the mothership. The 4 ion frigates it had didn't last long; all production facitilities were then neatly removed. Boom. Time to try again I guess.
Almost 1hr45min later - finally did it. It was my turn to overwhelm the computer. 20 ion frigates with a good escort of various strike craft makes short work of just about anything.
