the guy would know that the information is important to some people
being deceptive on purpose shows a lack of character, the guy would get impeached

In this day and age it's pretty much impossible for an unmarried man to get elected to President. Unless, maybe, his wife had very recently passed away. As it is now, to be President you need to be:

A. Male
B. Straight
C. White
D. Married
E. Protestant
F. 40 years or older
G. Democrat or Republican
H. Financially well-off

Anything else I'm forgetting?

Think so? I can see Dick Gephardt (a congressman who is notoriously not rich) being president WAY before a black woman, or a gay man, etc.

Personally I could care less. However I would bet we will see a woman in the office before a homesexual.

It would probably go: Woman, African American/Hispanic, Gay man.
