Second one is ugly as hell. I'll take 4 of the first please.

I like the first one better as well.

So do I, really.

That bathtub/spa looks incredible. And the entrance kinda gives of a Taj Mahal type feel.

All I see is "Ownership : Fee Simple". I must be missing where it indicates some type of foreclosure.

See those are nice, and it be cool to live there and all, but that's a crap load of maintenance, and you have to constantly worry about thiefs, vandals etc... Guess if you're retired with a crapload of money it would be ok.

Wow, a mansion compound in the.... middle of the desert.

Privacy. 😛

And 120 degree temps 8 months out of the year.

Its more like 2 months out of year where it hits 120, 3 to 5 where it hits triple digits. The rest of the time, its great. 🙂

Besides, if you can afford a 7 million dollar home, I think you can afford the air conditioning.

Nearly the entire site are bank owned homes, foreclosures, and short sales.

hope you were joking about "nice view"... I don't know why anyone would grab that and actually live there.

No thanks. It might hit triple digits a couple weeks out of the year here. Most of the time it's in the 70s-80s 6 months out of the year and the rest if the time it is in the low 60s to mid 70s here along the coast with temps down into the 40s and 50s at night during the coldest months.

who would ever want to live in Arizona? Might as well move to California and sacrifice 2000 sq ft for a much better location.

Yep, everybody should move to California, not Arizona. In fact, most everybody in Arizona should leave.

Wow nothing like a multi million dollar Mcmansion in the middle of the damn desert......Does it have a heli pad or do you have to pack mule in to the place????

"oh look honey an cute little scorpion crawled in bed with us last night"...... LMAO

It's like an ugly girl putting on a hot skirt; the concept is desirable but the basis is lacking. I'd much rather have a 2,000 sqft. luxury home in Pacific Heights area of Honolulu, HI. Location is everything.
