It was an art gallery for a long time. They turned it into art itself.

I assume they will soon build a new structure on this site.

LOL @ driveby. Cool to see that it is three-D though. The initial picture it looked like it was a 2-D optical illusion. There's a phrase for that type of art, but it is definitely not on the tip of my tongue.

Sweet, can you post the precise address? I'm in Austin but am taking some friends to Houston in a few weeks, and this looks like a killer stop.
