That's what I thought at first, but check the EXIF data, doesn't look like any creation software was used.

it's an art house project on montrose in houston. i can go take movies of it if you all want

It was an art gallery for a long time. They turned it into art itself.

I assume they will soon build a new structure on this site.

LOL @ driveby. Cool to see that it is three-D though. The initial picture it looked like it was a 2-D optical illusion. There's a phrase for that type of art, but it is definitely not on the tip of my tongue.
