Homecoming dance is tonight. Anyone else got a kid going?

So my youngest son is taking his gf to the dance tonight and it got me wondering if any of you have a kid going to? They are only 15 so they are going with a couple of friends. First is dinner at a nice local place then the dance afterward.
I'll be honest this is pretty cool to be the parent in this situation. It gives you a whole other perspective from the one you had as a kid.

Don't have a kid going but I might have to if they're short chaperons again. I'm at least getting stuck helping with setup the night before. If the dance is a good one please be sure to thank those involved in putting it on - it can be a ton of work

There's definitely a better musical reference than that. I feel like there's a british new wave band that's gotta have like 3 people rocking that style.
