Where did you get your brewing kit? I am working on convincing my fiancee that me getting a home brew kit would be a good idea.....(Xmas gift - either from her, or from me to myself).
 
i would recommend finding a local homebrew store. Unless you live in a small city. then google is your friend. Also, check out Palmer's on line text How To Brew.
