Hmmmm I seem to have a problem. My father got my little sistera dvd player for christmas, it has both rca video out and svideo out. The television she has only has coax in for cable and thats it. How can I connect the devices together? Is there a rca a/v to coax converter? The only other device in the chain is a satellite receiver and it only has coax in as well.
Thanks!

you can buy an rf modulator from your local radioshack (or somewhere else) which converts a/v signal from your dvd into channel 3 or 4 signals (coaxil). costs about $45 cdn ($30 us).

The VCR would leave poor Soybomb with Macrovision. :D Unless of course, I sold him a Macrovision stripper... :):p:D

A vcr would work but those are pricey :) I'll have to go check out a r/f modulator.
Thanks

Soybomb,
no problem!
an rf modulator would be the best way to go if a vcr's not available :)
