never the way things is goin here in the uk, i live in middlesbrough which isnt the nicest nor the most expensive part of britain buts its gettin to be a very swanky trendy place .... mainly because of the football clubs success, (seeing DB9's ferraris, M3;s and hummers everyday is kool) but the house i live in with my mum dad, which they bought for £67,000 when they got married....is now worth close to £400, 000 !!! and it grows every year....i have no chance untill i get my Meng Machanical engineering degree and become a chatered engineer.
having siad that it is a very attractive house, its on a oldish estate, built totally from brick, no flexible plaster board here! all the houses on the estate where built 25 odd years ago, maybe more buy some guy and his private building comapny, the house i live in was the house he built for himself, so of course its different to all the others, its a wierd dorma bungalow (got an upstairs,) and is L shaped with a garden that stretches all the way round the house.
