Hmm, some page blocked at work, but its in Chandler? Thats like 5 miles from here..i dont think i could eat that burger, unless I had just finished a 20 mile training run :p

honestly, i dont remember. we went there for burger n fries. i just got the double with no onions. i do think i could finish the quad, but not sure id want to try it.

so this guy is looking to start the next hooters? i don't like hooters, but still an admirable cause. me contemplates opening a prostitutes-and-fried food themed restaurant myself

I have never had Fries cooked in pure lard, I'm not too far from AZ, I've been thinking about taking a Sunday drive to AZ to try this place out. Google Maps here I come :D

and yes, I will eat the Quad + Fries.

Saw the segment I assume was linked on the CBS Sunday Morning show (forgot the exact title). The food looked ok, but I must admit that the hooters/tilted kilt wait staff makes it hard for me to take this place seriously in terms of potential food quality.

I worked in burger king for a summer, about 15 years ago. We used pure lard in the fryer. Actually it may have been shortening which, if i recall can mean lard, or vegetable fat, or combination... So I'm not sure.
