Home networking setup guide.

Dear friends,
I use a broadband connection which is a bit expensive. So, I have decided to share my internet connection with my friends. I have already set up a home networking. 2 PC's are sharing internet connection from my PC.

I am completely newbie in networking. So, I need some softwares. For example, now we 3 ppl are sharing a connection. I want all of us to share equal bandwidth. Is there any software available which can do this work? Say, I want to give two of them 128kbps (each).

Another software which I need is; one of my friend wants to share internet only for 6 hours a day. Is there any software available by which I can give him SPECIFIC 6 hours to browse internet?

If any kind person give me some advice then it would be great for me.

By the way, I use Windows XP Professional edition.

Thanks in advance.
Razib

You should be able to find a router that can do this. I don't know if software will help unless all PC's are running through/or being controlled by the "master" PC that could regulate this things.
