All the cards are duel speed, including the PCMCIA card, and the Hub is a 4 port duel speed. At school out school network uses ALL Intel, apart from the extension hubs which range from the same Hub as mine to Linksys... Personally I would got for Netgear. Its not too expensive and does the job well IMHO. Good luck Albert.
